Day 3 - feel good but a little lost

Ok this is my second post today, but I have to get caught up.

Day 2 I did GREAAAT! I was super hungry though.  After dinner I took a fish oil supplement.  Dr. Mike says it is good to eat fish or take the supplement.  So because fish oil is supposed to help with fat burning I decided that was the route for me. 30 minutes later - HORRIBLE stomach pains!!!!  I still got in a 40 minute walk of 2.75 miles despite the cramping stomach. I was not hungry after taking the fish oil.  Oh I was 1 lb down on Day 2.

Day 3 - I feel like I have a bolder stuck in my large intestine, it hurts and has to be that darned fish oil. I read online to either take these with food or freeze them to reduce side effects. I will try to take with food tonight to see if that helps. No weight loss this morning, and thats ok, it could be a no weight loss day or the bolder lodged in my gut is prohibiting me today.  The a.m. hot lemon water is disgusting, but if you gulp it, its over pretty fast.

So far no water today, other than the hot water, also no green tea yet. I am working on it and will get it all in by end of day.

I am eating easy meals right now, but after next Monday I will dive in a little more aggressively. I am working on my MBA and my class ends June 6, so I will have more time.
