Well its Thursday anyway.... What a hectic week! Dance, Gymnastics/Dance, Dance and tonight Dance. This is all for my daughter. Recital is Thursday! Then we get summer break!! Still though she will have gymnastics and tumbling and cheerleading begins next week. Its always something. I do look forward to cheer since it is literally around the corner from my house versus the usual 15-20 minute drive to get to studios and gyms.
Eating has been ok but no exercise! How can I? I am running kids from activity to activity all the time. The husband is no help with this, but once football starts in July for my son he will be taking that one on. And health industry folks cannot grasp why so many adutls are fat and "claim" they have no time to exercise! Let's see we get up early in the morning get ready for work, work all day, then go home long enough to either choke down some fast fix dinner or we grab the kids run them for hours to activities and then come home (some to a 9-10pm dinner) then its time to get ready for bed.
Ok I am done venting!
I look forward to Friday as I plan to take a walk and Sunday for a longer walk.
My food today is pretty basic. Green tea for breakfast (not very hungry). 3oz chicken meatloaf with 1 cup cucumbers, a couple melba toast for lunch (Same for dinner but swap cucs for asparagus) a mid day apple as a snack and my late night snack will be some berries or cherries. Oh and Water, water, water...
